Beautiful Dreams for the Design Museum Holon, Israel

"Beautiful Dreams" are on their way to the Design Museum Holon, Israel, to be part of the Design Embassies exhibiton this autumn.

One pillow is the Embassador of our sheepheards from the mountains and so I decorated it with the ancient sign of power, named 'mutton's horns'. I used vivid reds as color of blood is the symbol of life and energy.

Other pillow represents our farmers and I decorated it with a network of stars, bordered with roosters. Their role is to keep the world in good order, singing every morning to wake up the sun and the farmers and to start a new day. Black is the color of fertile earth, that feeds us all.

The other pillow is for those who dare to follow their vision, even if the route of their life is full of ups and downs, not always easy. I made sure to place protective magic eyes above everything, to keep them safe and I included symbol of friendship in the base. Blue is for freedom and hope.

    2. Irina, buna dimineata!
